Customer Experience Survey
We would like to invite you to participate in a survey being undertaken by the British Veterinary Association, in collaboration with The Kennel Club, to understand the experiences of customers who have used the BVA/KC Hip & Elbow Dysplasia Scheme between 2019-2022.
It is of upmost importance to both The Kennel Club and the British Veterinary Association that we listen to our customers’ experiences, your contribution to this survey will help us to understand how to better improve our services. The survey will be open for approximately four weeks.
This short online survey is completely anonymous. To participate, please follow the link here.
We want to collect as much feedback as possible, as this will help us in identifying key areas to improve upon. A second email will be sent directly to those who have used the scheme within the past few years.
